The current manager Jacob is very attentive to his residents, very hands on with accessing the needs of the living quarters and very professional. Any requests pertaining to maintenance are handled promptly. Any issues with other residents are handled discreetly and with the utmost care and I strongly recommend choosing Foundation West as your residing place. You won't be disappointed!

Since Jacob has become the property manager, he has been nothing short of amazing. I wanted to sit down with him and discuss a few issues and he was very prompt in getting a meeting set up. He sent out an email to everyone introducing himself and showing the vision he sees for this place. There have been a few concerns he has taken care of immediately at the property.
