The Beach House located three houses from Sunset Beach. One end of the short block has a walking path access to the beach. The other end of the street has a community boat ramp and dock that can be used for putting your boat in the water or fishing. The driveway can support four vehicles or a small boat. There are decks on both the front and the rear of the house, with a water view from the front deck. The house has a basement that is air-conditioned for a game area or workshop. Upstairs is an additional exterior door leading to the living area. There are three bedrooms that are currently furnished with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds. The entire house is furnished, including dishes and linens. You may rent either furnished or unfurnished. The house is a short walk to Caddy’s and Katiki, but away from congestion. A truly peaceful place to enjoy the beach.
