Maintenance is always on top of things, the building is always very clean and super quite. Finding a place in Southern California wasn't easy for me. I prefer a ground floor and I like a layout that's user-friendly and comfortable. I've found all of that at Seville Townhouses which is also a short distance to my work.
They have a pool that's heated year-round with a jacuzzi and a gym which saves on having to commute to one of the crowded locations in the area for those amenities.
My neighbors are great in that they're quiet and we rarely run into one another. There's a beautiful lobby with easy to see red planters in the front entrance so Doordash and delivery services will never miss your location. I can easily pop out into the lobby from my apartment and meet someone by the door.
Covered and uncovered parking is included with your apartment and the gated community is also a plus.
I live in the heart of the neighborhood I like with everything within walking and/or driving distance. I feel safe at this location and I also enjoy the quiet, yet accessible atmosphere.
Negena in the office is great and replies to emails and questions immediately. This is a laid-back community that was a great find.
It is wonderful place to live. Maintainece activities are quick.

I liked living here. It is real close to Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach without the higher apartment prices of those areas. Management is no different than any othe apartment I have lived in. Good shopping and places to eat very near by.
