Olde Towne is a great living location for students at the University of Toledo. It offers great amenities such as pool, basketball court, movie theatre, game room, and a fitness center. The location is also extremely safe and there is a courtesy officer on duty. Also, the fact that the rooms are furnished is another great plus!

Olde Towne University Square is a great place to live. I have lived here for a year and a half, and I plan to live here for another year and a half. The apartments are nice and clean. They are also super close to campus. The staff is very personable and care about their residents. They go out of their way to learn the residents' name and are always eager to help. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.

If you're a current or future student attending the University of Toledo, then you can't really go wrong with Olde Towe. Pros: If you are an engineering major, then your engineering classes are literally right next to you. If not, then you still live on campus without actually living off campus. The apartment is completely furnished, comes with a kitchen with a stove and oven, and you get your own bathroom. The only thing that you have to pay monthly other than rent is electricity. There is no gas that runs through the apartment. Everything is electric. Cons: Parking can be hit or miss. I can't tell you the number of times that I'd come back from work at night and find that all of the parking spots next to my building are field. Fortunately, I can park somewhere on the lot, but it's a little inconvenient to do so. Maintenance is usually pretty decent, but there was once instance where someone was inspecting the rooms and noticed that one room was unoccupied and unlocked. So they lock the door since it was unoccupied, but they left the bathroom light on inside the room. My roommate talked to the staff to get that taken care of, but it wasn't until I called, a month later, where that was handled. I do think that this is a great place to stay. If you're looking for an apartment, take Olde Towne into consideration.

This facility is very well-kept. Any work orders filed are fulfilled very quickly and thoroughly. The front office and those that work there are very professional and easy to work with. The gym is small, but the space available is utilized in the best way. The pool is in a centralized area. The game room and computer room are easily accessible. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience living here.

Olde towne is a safe place to live, management tries it's best to accommodate and fix issues but they're understaffed for maintenance and many times I've found the problem still persists after maintenance has "fixed" it. This January, my electric bill got up to $213 and my home still wasn't heated throughout. We had our heat on the entire winter, and bedroom 2 & 3 were perfectly heated while half of the living room and my room felt barely warmer than outside. When I asked what electric would cost in the winters when I moved in, they said around 35 dollars per person. When I called Toledo Edison and the office IN the winter, both said we could expect very high bills. By far it isn't the cheapest place to live, but I have seen and talked to security. They exist and they patrol the area at night. The staff is always kind and courteous. The maintenance people go above and beyond with customer service even if they can't fix the issue. Even when cars were broken into, they sent out a memo to the whole complex to let us know what was going on and had police patrol the area for the days following. It isn't 100% but it's better than other places you can find around Toledo.

Olde towne has been a fantastic place to live! I have lived here for the past two years. The staff know me by name and are always kind and courteous. Maintenance takes care of any concerns quickly and professionally. I love the community of Olde Towne as well; there are many events throughout the year to boost unity. I also frequently utilize the 24 hour fitness center and game/computer room. I am a pharmacy student, and Olde Towne provides me with the resources to succeed as well as a quiet, safe place to study. I have already renewed for my third year!

Olde Towne University Square is the best places to live at in Toledo. The apartments are very well done, and clean. Being a college student at the University of Toledo, the area is extremely close to campus. I can easily walk to my classes in under 10 minutes. The staff at Olde Towne are very nice and always answer any question I may have right away. When compared to the other apartment complexes around UT, Olde Towne is far superior to places such as Edge and U-Hills. I definitely recommend to everyone!

Very over priced for an outdated apartment. The neighborhood it is next to is dangerous. Management is difficult to work with.

If you want to find a place near campus DO NOT choose Olde Towne. There are much better apartments in the area that are worth the higher prices. Living in Olde Towne was one of the worst decisions I have made. When looking for an apartment the reason I chose this complex was because they were adamant that they place you with room mates that fit with you but they could not have placed me with someone more unlike me. I am stuck rooming with someone who is over 10 years older than me and not even a student. It is very overpriced for what you get. When I moved in the bathroom was dirty and looked like they didn't even check it before I moved in. The rooms are not nearly nice as the model and some appliances are being held together by tape. The apartments are very out dated and not what you expect. If I could move out I would. Highly recommend living in any other apartments.

I have a one bedroom lease at Olde Towne University Square for Fall 2017-Summer 2018. I will be leaving Toledo and do not need this apartment anymore. If you are interested in a one bedroom apartment at Olde Towne contact me and you can take over my lease at a cheaper price! I signed my lease a while back before they raised prices quite a bit, so you will save money taking over my lease! It is a very nice place and super close to campus too! Everyone in the office has been extremely helpful and nice!

An application was received by Olde Towne. They sent a lease, which was signed & returned. They then called to say there were no apartments at that price available. Olde Towne did call a couple days later to offer another apartment at the previous signed price. They aren't the best at communicating - getting to a manager can be a hassle. But they did come through on an apartment.
