Id give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! They are absolutely horrible the new owner is awful and hung up on me on the phone when I was trying to get my money back, they made it impossible to get my security deposit back. It took almost 3 months! Worst mistake ever was renting here. Save yourself the time. DO NOT RENT HERE EVER!!!!

I spent five years here and honestly, this place was a good apartment, I only left because I got a job elsewhere. I was told at the time I announced my intent to vacate on a month to month lease (October 6th) That I would need to pay the entire month of November rent. When I asked "If that's the case, then I should just hold onto my keys and store some stuff there so my family can come get it so I don't need to rush moving and such" I was assured that any rent money past the 30 days notice (which would've been November 6th through the 30th) would be refunded with my security deposit, this was confirmed by TWO people in the office. I only got my security deposit back and when I called to ask about the remainder of the rent, I was informed that due to the management change in September, that if I didn't announce my intent to vacate by the first of the month, the following month's rent was forfeit. I was directed to the new COO for the establishment who confirmed with the Office people that they did tell me I would get a refund on my rent and in an act of ultimate generosity, decided to give me a third of what was promised to me, stating that it's normally against policy to even give that much. Honestly, if they could give me a third, why not go the whole way and give a customer who's reliably paid rent on time for five years a refund on rent. What adds insult to injury here is that I gave my keys up on October 25th, several days earlier than expected, I did this because I appreciated the people running this place and thought they had done me such a service in my staying there and leaving. I am thankful to Darla for at least sticking her neck out for me in getting me what little money I did get back. Thank you for that, but I do leave with a pretty sour taste in my mouth after the whole ordeal.

I have been a resident here for about 6 years and i have nothing but good things to say about this place. The location is perfectly located near groceries, banks, restaurants, and pretty much anything you could ask for. Super safe neighborhood, I have NEVER had any issues with theft or anything unsavory. The grounds are always immaculately kept, the apartments have a lovely enclosed walk with a pool that is well maintained and cared for. Darla runs the show in management, she is phenominal! Very polite, easy to talk to and always available. She tries very hard to accomodate to the tenants and she has been the best landlady I have ever had. There are a variety of housing options available and all at reasonable prices, neighbors have always been quiet, friendly and easy to get along with. If ever something breaks in your apartment, maintenance is usually there within the day if not the following. I would reccomend living here to anyone I meet and the only reason I'm moving is because of work.

Very nice complex. Maintenance team was awesome. Within a day or 2 they would repair whatever needed. Sweep hallways once a week. Pool was always clean. Snow was plowed and sidewalks shoveled. Even plowed parking spaces while everyone was at work. Convinant of washer/dryer in apartment. Neighbors where quiet and friendly.
