Ours is an open floorplan, Colony model with all major appliances including washer and dryer, central heating and air and an outdoor gas grill. The kitchen is equipped to meet your cooking needs stocked with paper products and storage wraps. Vinyl floors throughout make clean-up a snap with dogs. Water, trash collection and lawn maintenance are also included. A desk in the guest bedroom provides a convenient work space if needed. The garage houses one car plus a golf cart and is equipped with a small work bench.
The living room features a couch and two reclining chairs for relaxing during those Florida rainy moments or for watching TV. Front of the home features an open lanai with chairs and table for your morning coffee or watching the sun set. The main bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and the guest bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, each with new linens. Bathrooms have brand new chair-height toilets and fixtures.
