The "good" reviews you see on here are the management's friends and family. First, I will start with the pros. The rent is cheapish, and the apartments are close to the highway. The neighbors are nice. That's about all of the good I can give this complex. Now for the juicy stuff (written in satire because you can either laugh or cry when you move in). I was in a race against time when my house sold; only reason I lived here. There are so many wonderful amenities, like the non-existent pool and the tiny playground that is always serving (that 2 days out of the year). But wait! They include your trash pickup. How considerate of them! Everything else, you will have the enjoyment of paying for yourself. You will get notification all the time speaking to you as if you were adult (a 2-year-old adult) about not smoking, picking up after your pet, and the best one: don't back into your parking spot! (love that one) You will get these notices, even if they don't apply to you (makes you feel included). It's such an uplifting feeling and a great way to make you feel right at home (or prison)! I might say, if you have a pet, expect to get an apartment with a "gently used" floors because they don't allow pets on the "new" floors they put in. That "new" floor will go wonderfully with all of your "new" appliances! Remember how Noah put 2 of each animal on his ark? Well, he left behind his water heater and refrigerator which are now on display at the unit you are going to rent out of! My freezer didn't have those pesky rails on the shelves, so every time I opened my freezer, I got the pleasure of picking up whatever I wanted to put into the door. Most of the rails in the fridge are loose as well, so if you open just hard enough, you get to do this with the fridge part as well! What excitement! Such a well maintained property. Ever heard a water-heater growl!? Well, you will here! Every few minutes you will be delighted by a loud growl from your laundry room. It's music to the ears. Speaking of the laundry room, after you get done buying your own washer and dryer (because they so generously don't include them) your door is sure not to close all the way. The architects really went the extra mile to ensure the laundry room is just about 4 inches too short! Perfect if you want to hear when the laundry is finished. Speaking of hearing, you will get to know your neighbors really well! You will know everything they like, do, and say through the "soundproofed" walls.

I got my pet after I moved it so I got one of the covenanted "new" floors, and let me tell you how enjoyable that hardwood floor looks! A 5-year-old couldn't have done a better job! You will get to see what the last resident did in that bathroom. I was thoroughly impressed that someone could shed that much hair. It was so nice to have their hair all through the cabinets. When I opened the drawer to the downstairs cabinet, I got another wonderful surprise. Not sure what it was, but it's still there if you want to check it out. I just oped not to mess up the beautiful artwork and put my stuff elsewhere! The "low flow" toilets run for about 5 hours after you flush them, so expect to get to pay a nice water bill! The showers are beautiful marble fiberglass and look like only 500 people have used them! Scratched- yes, missing drain plug- yes, stopped up pipes- you bet! You're going to feel like you are taking a shower in a 2 million dollar house (if you use Zimbabwean dollars). Countertops are made out of some expensive materials that stain super easily. You'll get the pleasure of bleaching these guys if you spill so much as a drop of the crystal clear water coming from the expertly up-kept pipes! Every heard a water-heater growl!?
