What we are looking for in our future tenants:

*Section 8, and Housing accepted in most cases (tenant must still be screened)
Upon approval, move-in cost goes as follow:
* Security deposit
* First month
* Last month
* Utilities
* Nonrefundable pet fee (if applicable)
* Pet rent (if applicable)
