Convenient location within walking distance to any services you should need, including the Tacoma Mall Shopping Center & 38th St's Lincoln & Michael Shopping Plazas. Just a few blocks off of the I-5 Freeway entrance, making longer commutes quicker & easier.
This building offers secured entry access.
Here's what our residents typically do for package delivery:
USPS: If the package is small enough to fit into the parcel box (located within the mailbox CBU) then the mailman will leave you a key in your mailbox to open it.
AMAZON: If the package is small enough to be left in an Amazon locker, the 7-Eleven located at 4701 S. Oakes St. Tacoma is close by (within walking distance) to Cedar 12.
You are also welcome to have Amazon leave it at the main entrance door of Cedar 12 (at your discretion only).
We do not accept outside screening reports. We screen all of our residents through the same screening & qualification process equally to help ensure our communities & their resident members work with us in a collaborative & cohesive manner. We hope to welcome you to the Marcoe Management Team!
