Rental Information:
1. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party.
2. Security Deposit + $250.00 Holding Fee
3. $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
4. Pets are welcome (some restrictions apply) Refundable $300.00 Pet Deposit. Pet Rent: $25 monthly. We are a pet-friendly property!
