Electricity has a $300 cap that landlord is responsible for. Overage will be charged with the monthly rent when applicable. At the end of the lease, the utility overage will be deducted from the security deposit. House broken trained dogs (25 lbs or less) are okay - 2 maximum ($150 per pet - one time non-refundable fee).
