Wyngate Apartments

We welcome pets as part of our community and strive to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents. All pets are subject to management approval prior to move-in.

Pet Requirements Include:

* Maximum of two pets per apartment home
* No puppies
* Pets must be housebroken
* Current rabies vaccination documentation required
*Current County Licensing Required
* Pets must be spayed or neutered
* Proof of renter’s insurance including pet liability coverage is required
* A pet meet-and-greet and temperament evaluation is required prior to approval

Pet Costs:

* $250 refundable pet deposit per pet
* $25 monthly pet rent per pet

For the comfort and safety of our community, all pets are individually reviewed based on temperament, behavior history, size, and overall compatibility with the community environment. Management reserves the right to deny any pet that is determined to pose a risk to the property, staff, residents, or other animals.
