Up to two (2) pets are permitted per unit. Cats and dogs are allowed. No pet is permitted if its anticipated mature weight exceeds 25 pounds. Puppies of large breed dogs are not allowed due to expected weight exceeding the limit. Other pets, when approved, must be kept in a cage within the unit. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, pot-bellied pigs, and other reptiles are strictly prohibited. Residents are responsible for any pet-related damage to the unit.

Restrictions:

A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required for each pet and must be paid in full before the pet enters the unit. The pet fee does not apply to animals approved as reasonable accommodations or modifications in accordance with applicable laws. Residents are financially responsible for any damages caused by their pets during occupancy. No monthly pet rent or pet deposit is specified.
