The house has been restored back to original where I could, and upgraded in the Kitchen, second bath, flooring, etc. I tried to keep it as true to the Mid Century Vibe, yet still modernizing. No one has lived in it since the renovations. There are 2 large bedrooms on one side of the house and the other side has a garage that was converted. They each have high end, Avocado hybrid memory foam mattresses-over $2000 each. You will sleep well! You could use it as a private bedroom with its own separate bathroom, or a den, media room, whatever you'd like. I have additional beds and furniture if you want a different set up.
The house is wired for sound! I also have it smart home enabled, but every switch is mechanical as a back up. And if you prefer, I can remove the devices as well. I get it!
I do take pets, but ask that cats are fixed.

There's a living room and family room for separate spaces for people to relax or watch TV.
The garage conversion could be its own thing, with a locking door and separate entrance and bathroom. I'm calling it Bedroom 3 in the listing, but I'm open. It's got a sectional couch in it for the time being.
