Two beaches are within a half-mile to a mile walking or riding distance. Sunset Beach is the best for bands, food, and free beach chairs. Upham Beach is good for families. There is a beautifully landscaped tropical park next door to our house and a private beach area in low tides. We hope you like fishing because you can catch your dinner nightly from our dock and grill it in the outdoor area.

This property rents for $3500 a month annually with a $3500 deposit. A background check is required. First, last, security, and move-out clean are due at signing. Renters are responsible for their own utilities for Duke Energy and Spectrum. The water, trash, and recycling will be added to the monthly rent at $100 per month.

The property can be rented furnished or unfurnished.

If available, the tenant has the option to rent the boat slip at $400 a month.
