Fees & Deposit Information:
Application Fees- $45 per person
Admin Fee- $100 per unit (refundable if denied; if approved the fee is non-refundable and goes toward administrative costs)
Deposit- One Month's Rent (unless conditionally approved, then a co-signer or higher deposit may be required)
Utilities:
Landlord pays for heat, water/sewer, and trash.
Resident pays for electric, cable/internet.
