This home is in the lovely Entrada Gated Community, in the Paiute Springs neighborhood. Our view is a large water feature with running water, a fountain, lily pads, ducks, herons, ibis, and water that will alert you to the wind or rain. The covered patio provides a peaceful escape. We have morning sun, great for a cup of coffee on the patio, and pleasant evenings without hot sun beating on you. Lots of green grass and some trees make this location in Entrada special. A neighborhood pool is also an added amenity just a short walk from the house. Our home is easy to take care of and easy living.
This spacious home has 3 bedrooms with 4 full baths (one in the office/den) that can double for a guest room if needed, with our available blow-up bed. One of the bedrooms is a casita style attached to the house but with that outside entrance. There is a generous two car garage with an electric vehicle hookup and a kitchen entrance, adding to the ease of a grocery run. And for the outdoor adventures, hiking and biking is exceptional in this Snow Canyon area.
We are snowbirds, so our home is available toward the end of May through the end of November. This is about a 6-month lease with some flexibility around the dates.
