I had the pleasure of living in Springfield Square for a year and a half. I personally was impressed with the apartment, especially with it not being a new development. The staff was really helpful and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Maintenance was performed in a timely manor as well. My apartment was very nice, nicer than I expected actually. However, my complaints included, trash pick up, my neighbors above me, and the building doors not being lock . Yes, the trash pick up was an issue, but I assume that there is a plan of action on the way. Unfortunately, there is only so much that staff can do about that noisy neighbors. And as far as the building door not always being locked at all times, I put that on the residents as well as staff. Tenants had a habit of tying the door handles to the railing whenever they worked on their vehicles, or moved furniture in and out , and etc. Sadly, the first thing that came to mind seeing this was, what if a resident was having issues with domestic violence or what have you, and expected that one safety measure to feel safer with doors only being opened with a code. So, I gave these guys 4 stars, and I would recommend Lerner Springfield Square to anyone. Regrettably, do to health reasons, I was no longer able to there. My husband and I moved here a month ago and it's been nothing short of an excellent experience. Coming from a horrible apartment situation, the management staff has really made us feel cared for and heard. When we communicated what we wanted, they went above and beyond our expectations to really make us feel welcomed and at home. Jose and the rest of the office staff are exceptional! All maintenance requests we had were resolved very quickly, and Mr. Keith and his team are extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciate that the management team is on top of keeping the community clean. We regularly see workers cleaning the common areas, building lobbies, etc as well as doing miscellaneous routine maintenance like repainting the parking lots and picnic tables. That shows us they care really do care about keeping up with the community. We really have loved making this community our home and plan to stay for the long term.

I do recommend this place, quiet neighborhood, spacious and clean apartments. Efficient maintenance staff, I stayed 5 years in here and no complains at all. The reason for leaving is the rent is getting expensive every year. But I did enjoy staying here. I would like to appreciate his hard work to Mr. Bill, he does his work in a professional way; always talk to the guest with respect, and always find solutions for every guest concern, and he always trying to keep the community clean safe. Thanks again Mr. Bill, there would be more people like you in the office who know how to treat guest in a polite way. Thanks !
