We've been living here for about 6 months, after renting a unit without seeing it in person. We have been thrilled with the community...
We've been living here for about 6 months, after renting a unit without seeing it in person. We have been thrilled with the community communications and how quickly maintenance has come to the unit when we've requested. Our unit is spacious, with lots of storage. They are doing lots of updating in the community, with external building painting and replacing the wood decks with concrete to withstand the environmental changes better. Staff in the office have been very helpful and kind, and the complex is pretty quiet at night. With security cameras in place, it feels very safe. We're happy to be here!!

Very friendly staff. Patty and Alyson have been very helpful and maintenance was very quick to solve an issue with one of the doors upon move in. Walls are well insulated and relatively quiet and most of all the townhomes are dog friendly with waste bags to help clean up after your dog when taking them outside. Would definitely recommend Spring Creek Townhomes. Very nice and safe location/area and is close to both downtown and west side shopping and dining.

I decided to lease with Spring Creek Townhomes because of the exceptional customer service and the modern appearance of their units. Patty and Alyson were both very helpful and timely in answering all my questions and provided me with everything I needed to move forward with leasing at Spring Creek. The people I have spoken with since moving here all have had nothing but good things to say about living here. So far I've enjoyed being a resident and I believe I will enjoy the time I spend living here.
