With that being said this community would be great if it werent full of negligent tenants who throw their trash on the ground. Also would be great if said tenants picked up after their animals, and werent screaming at their significant others or flavor of the week in the streets. Oh and no one knows how to park. My husband and I have lived in these apartments for about a year before buying a home and it was a great experience. The Maintenance was always quick to respond and the complex is clean. The pool was super useful during the summer and the lake always has families of ducks which we loved to see. Misty made it super easy to move out and was kind and helpful. Will definitely recommend to live here!

Lived in the apartments for a year, wasnt bad. Nice and quiet, convenient to pretty much everything but also pushed back to where it feels safe. Never had any problems with maintenance helping me when I had a problem. And if I had to talk with anyone in the office Leslie was the best to talk to! She explains whatever you need and she helps whenever she can. It was nice to have friendly management and even when she was done helping me with whatever I needed she wouldnt just dismiss me, shed treat me like a friend. Makes the experience living there more homie.
The stay was nice and quite .... the only thing is the pool is closed doing Spring break. The kids did not like that
