Pest control only comes on Tuesdays, and the stuff doesn't even work, pools aren't open it's the middle of June, AC has been out numerous of times even with a new unit, this has been on going for 2 months now, while the office personnel sit in the AC office and talk.. my wife is pregnant and we put in a work order last week there has been no help to get our AC fixed. It's faster to catch the maintenance guys riding around and telling them yourself than going through office people.. not sure why rent is so high here. For what?? To pay for your collard shirts and beverages in the club house??

Had a great experience applying for these apartments! Megan was very helpful. I applied at a dozen places and she actually took the time to CALL me and got me in right away to tour. On the outside the apartments look so nice and modern, love the blue paint. The location is amazing, right off the interstate. So convenient to everything! We looked at the one bedroom which was inticing because of the garden tub. But then we saw the two bedroom and fell in live. It has TWO bathrooms, a fireplace, outside patio and an open kitchen. Literally everything I want in an apartment. Thats not easy to find!!! I highly recommend checking out these apartments. The price is affordable and definitely worth it for all the amenities.
