This place is nasty, there is so much cigarette smoke throughout the building. The room wasn't even cleaned. The lady name Mary didn't say anything about no refunds when I put down money, I change my mind and when I got to see the inside and it wasn't what I wanted. I try to get my money back but Mary said there isn't any refund and So it was to lose money or rent it for the week. It. is not post any where NO Refunds. I would rather be at a motel 6 or Easy 8 motel. Don't rent this place. If I wanted to smell cigarette smoke I would stay in the Casino. The only thing that was cleaned was the carpet. This place is so outdated It needs to be torn down. The elevator doesn't work all the time and when it does the doors open and the elevator hasn't stopped yet. Which can cause someone to fall. There is 2 elevators and 1 some times works. There hasn't been a working elevators in 2 yrs. You have to push the up button to go down and you might go all the way up to the 5th floor. There are no sprinklers systems in the rooms. And when an event goes on you the resident have to find parking some where else because the event takes all the parking. What about the disable people who stay there. For the price of a room it is not worth it $1,171.80 for a month. And you don't have a kitchen. The corporation needs to come and evaluate things that are going on with this place. This place does deserve any stars AT ALL.

litterateur display for rental assistance programs, assistance with moving costs, and referrals to help with permanent housing programs. A complete background and "Do Not Rent" list verified before move-in is allowed. Recommend dropping the do not rent list to increase profits for needed renovations.

Wi-Fi is available for a small weekly fee, on site security, pool during summer season, conveniently located right at the heart of downtown Sparks. Great view on July 4th, Hot August Nights, Rib cook off and many more seasonal events. Friendly Staff on site

Place was infested with bed bugs. Horriable management. Go anywhere else.

Professional "can do" management and staff. This particular property is clean, safe, well maintained and a perfect solution for a temporary residence. Furnishings may be a bit dated, but the monthly savings compared to apartments nearby is substantial.

It's nice to live at a place where you don't have to worry about bugs, work orders are done in a timely fashion. front desk always greets you. I'm aware some people look at Siegal; like it's a weekly, but it feels more like a community. It's also nice for the people with kids they do activities for kids (no one feels left out). The management and staff care about the property; Which that means a lot to tenants like myself. who have lived elsewhere to see differently. They make you feel welcome despite what you're going through.

Love it here ! It's quite , nice area and I feel safe especially with my kids. I've lived at other locations in downtown Reno and this Siegel is by far the best one out here. It's very clean well kept. You don't have to worry about any type of bugs . Management and staff are great ! Great place to stay till your able to get on your feet into an apartment / home .
Quick place to get a room
Visiting friend was on guard coming and going, shady, watch yourself, check your six constantly
