Screening Requirements - All applicants must independently meet the following:

• Preferred credit score: 640 (negotiable based on full application strength)
• Clean rental history with no late payments in the last 12 months
• Complete application with all required documents
• Social Security Number (SSN) for verification
• Government issued ID
• Last 3 pay stubs
• Last 2 months of bank statements
• Background and credit check authorization
• We do not accept cosigners or guarantors.
• Self-employed applicants must provide business bank statements and proof of regular deposits.
