- Tenant must maintain full control of the dog at all times.

- Must be 6 to 12lbs
- Must be 1+ years old
- Vaccination records must be kept current (Rabies and FVRCP)
- Must be spayed/neutered
- Must be indoor only
- Must be short hair
- Must have no history of spraying, marking, or repeated litter box accidents
- No history of aggression or destructive behavior
