I'm looking for long term renters. My tenants tend to stay 5-10 years, because we have a good relationship, and I prefer to have a great tenant who stays, than to get top dollar for my property. This is for a 1 year rental agreement. It requires first, last and security deposit. $5,900 total. If all are paid up front, I will provide a used washer and dryer for the unit. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed on the property. I do allow well behaved pets. Tenants are responsible for yard maintenance, and all utilities. Landlord is responsible for pest control. There are 5 spaces for private off street parking.
