Rent includes heat, hot water, trash, lawn/snow, washer/dryer hookups in all units as well as free common laundry, onsite surface parking, fitness center, 6x9 storage cage, pet wash and courtyard with BBQ area. Air-conditioning (electricity) at tenant’s expense.
Tenants pay; Electricity, cable and internet- all units are pre-wired for Comcast and Dish Network.
Pets are welcome two per unit, one dog & one cat or 2 cats, with a $500 pet deposit for the 1st pet and $250 for the 2nd pet and $25.00 monthly Dog fee. TWO (2) dogs are not allowed
