Dr. Suzy Harris and her team of healthcare professionals are some of the most caring and attentive people I've worked with. I came in to the office because of my battle with Lyme disease and Dr. Suzy immediately made me feel comforted and more positive about my body's ability to heal itself. I am so grateful to have found this office. They are like no other doctors office I have ever been to. They call after appointments to check in with how you are feeling and send you letters of encouragement that make you feel like more than just a patient. Whether you are healing from disease, looking to lose weight, need to get your back adjusted or want a massage, this is the place to go.

The best doc in the practice is leaving, and so are two loyal patients. My husband and I have been patients at Cedarwood for at least 2 years, and we have NEVER been treated so unkindly before, until today's exchange. My husband arrived for an appointment and was told they were running behind. He takes time off of work to come to his visits, so it was a little frustrating that someone didn't give him a courtesy phone call before hand. But you know what hey, a doctor is leaving the practice and people are saying their goodbyes. We understand that. And of course the staff can't be too happy about that, because I am sure a bunch of patients are disappointed. Erica at the front desk was absolutely rude and condescending to my husband, who has been fighting with them for 4 weeks to get an itemized bill for what we owe after insurance. (I'm sorry but after you give us 3 different totals owed, we are NOT paying a bill until we get an exact amount and know what we are paying for.) Long story short, my husband wasn't able to be seen today during the time that he had set aside from work for his appointment. I will be canceling my appointment and we are not going to be returning. It's really too bad, we have enjoyed coming to Cedarwood, up until now.

This place use to be one of my favorites. It seems like there has been a change and in the last month and have never been treated with more disrespect from a company than I have here. The Doctor I had been seeing is leaving, and she has always been amazing but its my assumption that due to this, the company no longer felt the need to care about my time. It started with them telling us we owed them over 300 dollars. They didn't have any reason why, nor was a bill ever sent to my house. I asked if they could provide a bill, to which they replied that they would have to get in touch with their billing department which was not in house. For Three weeks I tried to get a response from the billing department. I called Cedar wood 4 times, each time getting a promise of a call back. Each time, I got no call back. When they finally did get the billing department to call me back, they gave them the wrong number. I gave them my number each time, they have my number on file. Today was the last straw. I showed up 8 minutes early for my appointment and was told that they were running 15 minutes behind. I came back and the requested time and sat for another 15 minutes with out being given an update. When I walked to the desk, I got a snide "too long for you?". Long story short, if you want a place that takes your time into consideration and is willing to communicate with you, I would keep looking.

My family is pretty healthy, but there were a few things that kept showing up, (eczema, indigestion, allergies) occasionally. So we tried Cedar Wood with an open mind to see what it was about. Alicia and Suzy were able to pinpoint some very specific information for each of the 5 of us and offer dietary help for those problems. The supplements really seemed to bring down our symptoms as well. We continue to come in for tune ups a few times a year when we feel like something isn't quite right and appreciate their holistic nourishing and drug free approach. It is helping further educate us about ourselves too which I feel is very important in a partnership for health. Julia Davenport

I have seen Dr. Michele for chiropractic at Cedar Wood several times now, and am so glad I received the recommendation. What an amazing healer. Her understanding of the physical body, and her spot-on intuition about how to work with mine--so many old injuries and accidents provide a challenge!--is a huge relief. I feel totally safe in her (such strong) hands. I walk out of there feeling totally renewed, new energy flowing, after every appointment.
The pre-treatment massage and heat packs are also truly appreciated. It's a wonderful experience, and I urge you to try it, especially if you have any physical issues. Michele's a genius, and your body is the puzzle.

I have been going to Dr. Suzy for 4 years now for muscle response. Everyone in the office is caring and professional. They listen, they do what they know, and they help. Please know that if you listen and heed them, your condition(s) will improve. The speed with which this happens is mostly based on your own mindset and how well you follow up with good nutrition. The supplements they offer help with the issues they find. It took me a few months to get my head into the place where I wanted to do most of it with actual good, healthy, whole, fresh food and cut out some of the supplements. When Suzy sees that, she glows!
At one appointment, I told her that a co-worker had asked advice for a good multivitamin. Suzy's (paraphrased) response was, "did you tell her whole foods - fresh veggies?"
