The Reeds at 1910 is an income-restricted affordable housing community created specifically for seniors. Applicants must be 62 years of age or older and meet applicable income eligibility requirements. All applicants will complete the community's leasing and qualification process, including income verification and other program requirements.
Application intake is now open and appointments are required. Applications may be completed by appointment at The Senagage or submitted at Cain Commons Senior in Damascus or The Sanctuary Senior in Silver
