The Linda Ray

The composition of its façade and many of its architectural elements are typical of brick buildings erected in what became the Pioneer Square-Skid Road National Historic District, right after the Fire of 1889. This building has retained its cast-iron cornice, all the brick decorative elements of its upper floors and the main decorative elements above its storefront. Today the building is a 14 Unit multifamily apartment complex with a 2000 sq/ft retail/restaurant space on street level. 4 penthouse units are two storied with spiral staircases with each having their own private roof top decks that have a sweeping view of the city. The remaining units vary in size but all have spacious studio/flat layouts with vaulted ceilings, exposed brick interior, and oversized windows.
