• Storage: $50/month
• Parking: $100/month/space (subject to availability)
Rental Requirements:
• Income Requirement: 2.5x monthly rent (Co-signer accepted if needed)
• Credit: No more than $500 in past-due collections (excluding medical debt)
• Rental History: 12 months of verifiable rental history
• Holding Period: Lease must begin within 10 days of application receipt
