The Lowell and Emerson Apartments were built in 1928 by John S. Hudson as a grand hotel. These Gothic style buildings were later renovated into a beautiful apartment homes. The Emerson is 10 stories tall, primarily studios with full kitchens, walk-in closets, granite counter tops, and large windows. The Lowell is 11 stories tall with 4 one of kind penthouse units on the top level and studios throughout the rest of building.
