You can walk to Broadway in under 5 minutes or take a 3-minute stroll to the West entrance of Seattleā€™s beautiful Volunteer Park. The Seattle Asian Art Museum and botanical garden and conservatory are also located on the 48 acres of Volunteer Park. Or you can simply take a nearby bus to downtown Seattle, the University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Central Community College, the University of Washington and Swedish Medical Centers, various medical clinics, and multiple other establishments or districts located a short distance from Capitol Hill.
