ABOUT THE BUILDING
Corona is a beautiful, 25-unit apartment building built in 1909 that underwent a full rehab in the 2000's. It features a beautiful shingle exterior with unique detail work as well as a charming communal garden and yard area. Laundry facilities, internet, and bike storage are all available at the property.

STANDARD DEPOSIT
$500 refundable = $250 (optional) holding deposit plus $250 at move-in.
We may ask for an additional deposit based on income, credit score, or background check. Holding deposit will be retained if you are approved and do not lease or if you withdraw your application prior to approval.

PET POLICY
+ No Dogs allowed in Corona.
+ Limit of two (2) pets per apartment.
+ Refundable Pet Deposit = 25% of monthly rent (in addition to the standard deposit).
+ Pet Rent: $35/month.
