Any stolen keys, trespassers, or squatters with no payment, or no lease agreement will be reported to the police immediately. Any violators will no longer be welcome to rent from us ever again.

Application fee is $$50.00 per adult applicant- each adult must submit one application.
Income Qualification: 3 times the rent in monthly household income
Credit Score Qualification: minimum 650

Falsification of any documents submitted
False pretense of "current" employment
A credit score lower than 500
Eviction record
Outstanding rental debt
Open bankruptcy or recently dismissed bankruptcy within 12 months
VALID PROOF OF INCOME:
PDF scans or photos of full-page documents only
No screenshots
No cropped photos
No crossed-out information on documents
W-2: One month's worth of current paystubs, recent W-2, job offer letter, job relocation letter
Self: Most recent 1099, or 1040, or Schedule C- AND recent three months' worth of bank statement.
We accept Seattle Housing Vouchers- and any other source of income such as social benefits, spousal support & child support
