RENTAL CRITERIA
-$55 Application Fee
-Required refundable parking deposit, equal to one month’s parking rent.
-Parking deposits and rent are paid online via the Northwest Apartments Resident Portal.
-A valid copy of your Driver’s License must be attached to the application and proof of income.
RENTAL TERMINATION
-20 days’ written notice prior to the end of the month is required.
-Notice can be submitted online via the Northwest Apartments Resident Portal or emailed to the Property Manager.
-Notice must include a valid forwarding address to send a deposit statement and deposit refund if any.
-Non-payment of parking rental in one-month arrears will be terminated and subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
-Parking device must be returned to the Property Manager at move out.
