It is close to a plethora of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is an attached secure garage below the building with parking available for $100/month ($25 additional for EV vehicles).
This unit has been recently updated and has laminate floors throughout, carpet in the bedrooms, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer stack in the unit. The master bedroom is on the Northeast corner of the building which faces away from the street. There is a small balcony off the living room that allows space to grill and relax.
We are offering this light-filled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on a 12 month Lease Term with 3 weeks free rent. This concession begins when the applicant is approved and the lease is sent. There is a $100 per month utility fee for w/s/g (+$50 for each additional person).
At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
