There is also available assigned parking spaces and laundry rooms on floors 1-3 by the elevator. Laundry room uses an app system to pay so no need to get quarters in the middle of the night!

$30/month pet rent
Security Deposit: $750
Utilities: Water/sewer/trash metered individually and billed each month, electricity is Seattle City Light and you can use any internet provider that provides service to the area.
Parking spots available for $50-75/ month
Cost: $50 application fee, $300 2-week holding deposit (applied to security deposit upon move in)
Screening Criteria: Verified income of 3x monthly rent, a credit score of 650 or higher, no open bankruptcies, no past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord, no evictions in the last 7 years. (Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a qualifying Cosigner/Guarantor or an increased deposit.)
