An elderly woman thought it was a good idea to move into the apartment next door, . So far, so good.
Her next idea was to open her apartment to babysitting her infant grandchild virtually every weekday, all day. Needless to say there is crying and screaming every weekday, all day.
So here I am a paying tenant being disturbed by a child that does not even live here.
Legal matters aside, my previous residence would have done everything possible to resolve this. Common sense should tell them that in my current situation (age, work status, marital status, income), I am likely to be a long term resident. It is doubtful that a grandmother who rented an apartment to babysit has that intention.
The building is half empty. Accommodations could be made but they can count on another empty apartment as soon as I can get out of here.
In response to the owner comment. I have discussed this with the property manager and the number you gave me is to the property manager. This does not look like a sincere effort but just an effort to make readers believe you are responsive. You have my name and. I am easy to find.
I will update this post as events unfold if they unfold at all.

As with all housing in the city of Saratoga springs, it's over priced for those that work and through gentrification can't afford to live there. Why? The cost of living has out paced the pay for those workers, that is fact. Beautiful place.
They need to clean this place. It smells like stale beer or something not pleasant. Great location but nothing special about this place.
Not recommended.
My apartment is amazing. Very spacious and also in a convenient location.The apartments are already furnished, we are a few feet from a few restaurants and a nail shop.
