I moved from out of state, and the management team of Dani and Tabitha answered all of my questions and helped make it a seamless process. Its a beautiful and quiet complex and Im enjoying my apartment. I like this area as there is a lot to do.

Laurel Nokomis and Pine View are nearby, both great schools with bus service to the community. Very high ceilings and beautiful views are also a plus. Danny and Tabitha in the leasing office are very professional and responsive.

Dani and Tabitha in the front office are great! They enjoy their jobs and even more importantly they enjoy helping those who live there and want to live there.

The staff in the office are so sweet and helpful, especially Sarah!!! To top it off all around the people are so friendly that live there and easy To talk To at any time. 100% recommend it and worth it!!!!!

This is an amazing staff we have here. They go above and beyond to take care of you. I recently had a package shipped to me. However do to the USPS being two days late and my package got delivered and signed by the wrong person at the wrong building. This package is so important it held a medical device and information that needed to be taken to the doctors office ASAP. After we tracked my package I let the office staff know the coordinates of the location and Tabitha took it upon herself to help me get my package into my hands. With out her support and also our maintenance team whom went to every apartment that had the same number as mine and knocked on all the doors. My package was located even when the resident refused to give it back this team went above and beyond to assure that I was going to get my package back. I am so grateful to have had such an amazing group of people working for me and my family. Hands down the best staff I have ever had in my apartment life experiences. So thank you Tabitha, Dani and my maintenance team you guys are awesome!

Everyone at Saratoga Place has been amazing to work with from move in to maintenance. Danni and Jasmine in the leasing office are friendly and helpful. I relocated to Florida from out of state and Danni has gone above and beyond to help with my move-in. Nick from maintenance has been friendly and quick to get my minor fixes and a/c repair resolved. There is an online system for payments which is nice. I highly recommend Saratoga Place!

These apartments are by far the best that I have been in. It's quiet, even in the units, the neighbors around are very friendly and the property is very well maintained.
The staff, both maintenance and management, are extremely friendly and professional. I have had a couple of issues that needed to be handled and they were taken care of in a timely manner. If there was a delay, I received an email stating as such. No other apartment complex has done this. Ever!!
You will be pleasantly surprised with the "family feel" that seems to exude from the office to the residents. Definitely not looking to move anytime soon!!!

The grounds are always immaculate due to Jason...Brad and Nick...they are the best and always so pleasant and willing to help and fix any problem large or small..
Jasmine and Danielle...the management team ...make it a joy to go into the office and are always so pleasant to talk with and eager to help ...they are both so confident in their knowledge of the property that it gives the residents a great feeling of confidence...I know that I can go to them with anything ...and being alone it's a wonderful feeling of security...

Apartments are great, the area is very nicely kept, and my landlord is always so nice when I go into the office. I have been here 3 years and my only compliant is where the trash is located. My desire is to have maintenance come by and pick up. But great community overall and highly recommend.

We love our new apartment home! We downsized when moving here, yet the two-bedroom Sabal model is nearly as big as our three-bedroom villa we were in before. They run amazing specials ($99 deposit!) and provide wonderful amenities, including a heated pool and spa, fitness center, business center, game lounge, dog park, and more. The community is very quiet, especially within the units. We enjoy having an expansive screened lanai/balcony that overlooks the lake and pool-- perfect place to unwind at night without dealing with bugs. We are truly happy with our decision to live here and love calling this our new home.

I moved in 2 months ago and I couldn't be happier! I love the atmosphere and Dani is such a sweetheart and goes above and beyond to make you smile. They throw us a brunch this past Sunday and it was beautiful. Even with Mimosas. The maintenance are great and very friendly, especially Jason. I am a happy resident and recommend our community highly. Thank you to the staff for making my home amazing.
