Ever since we moved into our apartment, the neighbors below us have constantly inundated our living space with second-hand tobacco and pot smoke. Multiple complaints have been submitted , and although they usually stop doing it for a short period, they inevitably start back up again . It has become a real nuisance and health threat for my family and I. Unfortunately, the laws in San Diego pretty much leave it up to the facility owners to decide what to do about it, if anything. If you are considering this place as an option, make sure that you get all of the information that you need before making a final decision.
grounds are well kept, clean, maintained. Parking is safe and available, units are clean, manager is professional/friendly/always available. By far a great place to live!
