Some neighbors are pains in the rear making noises all hours of the noght and management does nothing. Also takes forever to get any repairs done.
It's a fairly large place seems to be maintained pretty good and the times I go there it's quite place.
I was only in the office for a meeting but the apartment complex is beautiful very quiet I would certainly look there if I was on the hunt

Great home, just lock your car at night. Tweakers burned down the house next door making meth.. but that's a Nationwide epidemic thanks to all these movies and TV shows telling people all about it, descincitizing the name in our country, to where regular kids try it and get hooked. It's not the users fault, however useless they are while on it.. also no one can help them untill they've decided the pain isn't worth the high. I digress, stage coach is a great place to live, low income or not. Newly built, washer/dryer in each 2 bedroom apartment. I miss it there! Best spot in Santa Fe for the price!
