Rental Fees & Policies
Application Fee
• $40 per applicant age 18 or older
Pet Policy
• Pet Rent $50 per month, per pet
Move In Costs
• Security Deposit due at signing of lease
• First month's rent due on move in date
Early Lease Termination
• Fee equal to 75% of one month’s rent plus gross receipts tax
• Tenant remains responsible for rent and utilities until the unit is re-rented
Payment Policies
