Paid rent on time and only stayed in the place for a very short amount of time, however, I am having trouble getting my security deposit returned - its been months. I have spoken to the property manager and I have even been in contact with the main company in Texas. You should definitely rent here with caution.

Been here since mid-October and it's amazing. NOTE: I'm in Building C, top floor. Smoke smell is basically gone on my floor, there's been a new sign posted outside and property manager tries really hard to keep people from smoking. Sometimes I smell it on the bottom floor. The floors are clean, and my room was cleaned really well too when I moved in. Whenever I have a problem (e.g. drains not draining quickly), they work hard to fix it quickly. The property manager is a fantastic guy as long as you respect the rules of the place. Technically there are quiet hours between 10PM-7AM, not always observed, but walls extremely thick so it's not too bad. Again, if I reported it, it would be dealt with. They're so nice here. Laundry was a small issue for the first few months (had to walk to other machines further away than down the hall), but recently have been told we're getting new machines and new systems so it's only gonna' get better from here. Dog feces? Bugs? Never seen 1 (one). Ever. Be cautious of receiving packages at your door, it's NM..not the safest place, but there are plenty of ways of working around this.
