Located in Santa Fe, this single-level home offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms for comfortable, accessible living. The residence features forced-air heating and refrigerated air conditioning for year-round comfort, along with one reserved parking space.
Residents also have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of convenient community amenities and services through an additional club fee, assessed per tenant. Club amenities include access to the fitness center, Monday–Friday activities and group fitness classes, as well as the ability to schedule private services. Spa services are also available by appointment with four massage therapists.
A community van shuttle may be available for medical appointments with at least 24 hours’ advance notice, subject to space and availability; transportation is not guaranteed.
Basic housekeeping service is included at no additional charge for 30 minutes twice per month, with scheduling coordinated during resident orientation. Replacement of smoke detector batteries, HVAC filters, and light bulbs is also provided at no charge.
Food and other private services are available on a pay-as-you-go basis and are paid for at the time of service. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card.
