You'll find that this location also provides you with easy access to the fun and funky town of Madrid, as well as easy access to I-25 if you're a commuter. This guest unit has recently been completely renovated. It offers an amazingly spacious, cedar-lined walk-in closet, where you will also find the washer / dryer unit. Enjoy the roomy, full bath with cozy bath linens, marble countertop and a jetted, Jacuzzi tub with a hand-held shower head. There also is a dedicated workspace for your computer and work related needs and a professionally monitored security system. One of the rooms is a combination sitting, dining, and kitchenette area. The kitchenette is fully equipped (3.3 cu. ft. fridge / freezer, convection microwave oven (can bake, broil or microwave in it), 2-burner cooktop, kitchen sink, dishes, serving pieces, flatware, basic pots and pans, etc).
