The kitchen has newer, all electric appliances and a large pantry. There is heating with individual baseboard heaters throughout and a gas fireplace in the living room. This home has a lovely patio, which oversees the pool.
Sorry, but no pets. We can accommodate a one year or two year lease.
The unit is located in an enclosed, secure community, which has a pool. There is one assigned garage parking spot (which has more room for storage) and there is tons of additional parking on site as well. The community is quiet and well taken care of.
