Moving into Hills at Sandy Station was one of the best decisions weve made! Bea and her entire staff have been incredible! Bea made the move in process so easy and smooth, she was always very upfront with everything including all fees, rules, etc; whenever we had a question Bea or her staff have always happy to talk with us and answer the questions for us, weve felt welcome here since our first encounter! Our townhouse was absolutely beautiful and clean when we moved in, we instantly felt at home here! The maintenance team is wonderful, I have never seen such friendliness and professionalism as I have from every member of the Hills team! Thank you Hills at Sandy Station for giving us such a wonderful place to call home. We look forward to many years here! Hands down if youre looking for that amazing place to call home this is definitely it!

I have been at Hills at Sandy Station for almost a month, and am SO happy with my decision to move here! The apartment itself is large and updated and was even a bit cheaper than nearby apartments that are smaller. The building and community are always very clean, safe, and include great amenities. As with all apartments, I was worried about the noise from neighbors, but so far that hasn't been an issue at all. It is also SO close to the freeway as well as stores and restaurants. The interactions I have had with the leasing office have always been positive and professional, I really enjoy working with them. Overall I highly recommend Hills at Sandy Station.

I have lived here for 2 and a half years and have nothing but positive things to say. I am constantly wow'd by the staff and how attentive they are. They do a really good job of making residents feel special and a part of the community. All my maintenance requests have been completed with quality and speed. I truly trust the staff as a whole to get the job done.
Yes, parking can be sparse, but with the street parking to the west I have never not found a spot for the night.
Looking over other reviews I know some people have had problems with noise/"paper thin walls." This has not been my experience. The only times I hear other people are when they are in the hallway, but it has never woken me up or been distracting.
Overall, it really is a great place to live and a great value. Highly recommend!
