We have lived here for about 3 months now. The staff has been relatively prompt with fixing things and I love the open floor plans. Yes there are a lot of children but it makes me happy seeing them play they are not rude or disrespectful even to my dog. The vast majority is Hispanic who are very nice and fun. I think we picked a winner moving here. I love the lighting at night I feel very safe.

We have lived here for 3 months now, and when we first moved in, both our showers didn't have hot water or water pressure and our toilets didn't flush, the lights that are in this apartment didn't work expect for master bath. Master bedroom doesn't even have lights at all. Water heater went out and took them 2 days to come and fix it and they didn't have the part to fix it when it happened till the next day. Our neighbors scream, fight, and yell at each other and have knocked over pictures and glass off our walls throughout the whole house from slamming doors. Tons and tons of screaming children all day and night long. Teenagers have sex on the community tables and benches near the basketball hoop at night. Absolutely no parking. Expect to be towed. We have been towed ourselves, and two of our friend's were towed based off the no parking. NOT ADA COMPLIANT! People here are entitled to the handicapped spots and try to make you move even though my fiancee is disabled as well, it's first come first serve. The office isn't and never has been helpful. Closed most of the time and when they say they will be back then don't come back. Majority of the resident smoke weed and/or cigarettes, there is always smoke. I refuse to go to the pool here because it is green and children ruin and have vandalized it. Over priced washing and drying. Dog's that constantly yap and bark all the time. Residents will move your laundry to the floor which is spider and cockroach infested. There is one resident who claimed to have seen one of my friends hit his car and that he has secret footage filmed from his bedroom in his house recording the lot, which is illegal. And he refused to get us his info and demanded ours, took off his shirt to fight me because we refused to give him our info without getting his. Continued to yell and when I called management arrived, they spoke spanish the entire time and then management left without helping anything. And he was speaking english to us and management speak english as well. Also a couple of weeks ago, there were multiple gun shots from two cars that has 10 people each in them and has frightened everyone especially since most people here have kids. Also, why I'm starting this in the first place, is because today 3/8/15 our garage/storage unit was broken into. The garage door and lock was busted and now wont close or work at all and our car in the garage was broken into and everything in it was thrown around. All of our storage boxes were ransacked, but the only thing actually missing is a sunglasses case. When we called the apartments 'emergency' number we were sent to voicemail and still have not had the call returned or anything. Closet doors are broken, we live unstairs and the 'balcony' is barely big enough to walk on, let alone have a single chair or side table. Also there are a bunch of shitty rules that don't allow you to decorate your balcony. Our doorbell has never worked and we have called on it since the beginning, and our neighbor just has a hole in the wall for their doorbell. LIGHT switches aren't for light, how strange. Just for outlets. The apartments randomly will put a notification on the doors about things that don't apply to majority of the residents and aren't serious issues. TO MANY BUMPS! Dumpters are always a mess and there aren't many of them so they are difficult to get too. Almost all the parking for all the residents are in one huge lot in the back of the whole complex. Also, this place is right along the freeway so it's always noisy at all hours of the day and night. Make you pay deposit for PET FISH!! I understand animals that can affect carpet and what not like cats and dogs, but FISH! The tap water is disgusting and chemically. Residents are NOT friendly. Bottom line, DON'T MOVE HERE EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. It's better to live on the streets and not be robbed of $1375+ and have all this on your back. They also up your rent dramatically every year.

My garage was broken into the first month we were there. A month later i had tools stolen out of the back of my truck. Then the next month material was stolen out of the back of my truck. Not a safe place to live, glad to be gone!

we just move here about a week ago so far... there's really no major complains... all thought our AC didn't work the 1st few days and there is a few other things that they still need to fix for us....(nothing we can't live with out). The ground's are nice and green lots of space to take your dog walking + they have bags for you to pick up after. (that;s a plus for me)... I do have to say! if your not a kid person dont move in here.... LOTS OF FAMILY'S live here with lots of kids.. we have a 1yr lease and will be moving out ones its done.. The apartments are pretty far from society, there's NO night life (unless you count chilies as a fun night out) around this area and everywhere we need to go we have to hop on the freeway.... The area out side the complex is a bit run down nothing to brag about ! overall its and ok area to live in.. but not our personal cup of tea.. the only reason we are here is because we just moved form AZ and we dint know any better, but now that we do... in one yr will be able to make a better decision
