- Rent $1150 per month. First months rent due at move in. Security deposit is first month’s rent and due when contract is signed.
- Utilities are shared with other tenants, typically $150-250/month, depending on the season. This includes gas, electricity, water, internet, and waste/recycling. This is due on the 1st of every month.
- Minimum 6 months lease, can extend up to a year.

- No smoking, vaping, or drugs anywhere on the premises.
- No parties or overnight guests. Strictly 1 guest per room.
- Pets are NOT allowed on the premises.
- No alteration in any form of the property. No addition or removal of furniture or fixtures from your room or common areas. If you want changes, you need to get our permission first.
- Kitchen can be used for light cooking, ONLY.
- No eating in the bedroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen and dining area for your meals/snacks.
- Clean up common areas after each use so other guests can enjoy the space.
- Refrigerator and kitchen cabinet space to be split amongst ALL guests. Please work out details with the other guests and be fair!
