This apartment is located in a great neighborhood, near the Golden Gate Park and the Beach. Close to public transportation - #38, #38R, #31, #5, #18, and the Balboa line. Great for professionals going to work downtown or the VAMC, or college students going to schools at USF, SFSU, or other downtown schools.
The current roommates are new grads and college students, and they are very nice and quiet. Must be able to share housekeeping tasks to keep apartment tidy and clean.
