Nice, quiet house for mature students and professionals. Current tenants are all young male professionals in engineering and health sciences.
Nice view of the Twin Peaks, with deck & landscaped backyard.
On-site coin-operated laundry. Household cleaning of common areas shared by tenants to keep the living space clean and pleasant.
